Approved for filing by Charles F Sweeny, Secretary of State, State of Ohio as a not for profit corporation on Match 17, 1949 and recorded in volume 571, page 134 of the Record of Incorporation in the office of the Secretary of State, Ohio.

 Purpose of Corporation as worded:

“The purpose, or purposes, for which said corporation is formed are to raise the standards of photography, both professional and ethical; to better the economical condition of the professional photographer; to create, foster, promote and maintain cordial relations among its members; to encourage the exchange of knowledge among its members; and to do anything necessary or incident thereto.”
